Browser local storage keys, including 'assistant-locale', to retain your language and interface direction preferences between visits;
Device storage used by Firebase Authentication to issue identity tokens, detect unusual activity, and keep you signed in until you choose to log out.

3. Strictly necessary cookies and storage

These cookies and storage entries are essential to deliver the Services. They are set automatically when you sign in, upload content, or manage billing.

Authentication cookies and tokens generated by Firebase and our infrastructure to verify your identity, maintain secure sessions, and connect API requests to your awsy-ai tenant;
Security cookies and anti-abuse identifiers that help us enforce rate limits, prevent unauthorized access, and protect the single knowledge file you upload;
Checkout cookies provided by Paddle (our merchant of record) when you open the billing portal or complete a payment so it can calculate taxes, apply currency conversions, and confirm transactions on behalf of awsy-ai.

Local storage entries such as 'assistant-locale' and 'activeSessionId' remain on your device until you clear them or sign out, and they exist solely to remember your language selection and reconnect your authenticated session to your workspace.

Paddle may place cookies during checkout to identify your device, manage tax calculations, comply with fraud-prevention obligations, and record subscription status as merchant of record.
Firebase may rely on cookies or local storage to manage identity tokens, detect suspicious activity, support multi-factor authentication, and maintain real-time connections to your tenant data.
Google Cloud and OpenAI process prompts and files that you submit through server-to-server APIs. They typically do not set cookies on awsy-ai.com, but any instrumentation they provide is subject to their respective terms and policies.
