Awsy-AI is a multi-service business AI platform with AI Project Manager as a core flagship workflow.

AI Project Manager turns briefs, scopes, or requirements into structured plans with tasks, timelines, responsibilities, and Kanban execution. The platform also includes website-facing and team productivity services:

• 3D AI presenter (console + embeddable)
• Quiet text assistant (console + embeddable)
• AI meeting-notes generator (platform only)
• AI project planner & Kanban builder (platform only)

How does Awsy-AI work?

Awsy-AI workflows depend on the service you use. File upload is mainly for the 3D AI and quiet text experiences so customer-facing answers stay aligned with your business knowledge.

By service:

• 3D AI + Text Experience: upload your business content (pricing, services, policies, FAQs) and the assistant answers from that source.
• AI Project Manager: upload or paste a project brief/scope/requirements to generate plans, timelines, owners, and Kanban workflow.
• Note AI: turn meetings and notes into structured summaries, tasks, and minutes.
• Website integration is available for 3D AI and Text Experience; Project Manager and Note AI run inside the platform.
• All experiences support multilingual use, including Arabic, English, and 80+ languages where applicable.

Do I need to tell Awsy-AI its role?

No. Any file you upload is enough for Awsy-AI to understand the role, tone, and context automatically — no extra prompts.

For example:

• Price list or catalog → sales agent who explains products, services, and prices.
• Company policies or procedures → guide or trainer who explains rules and steps clearly.
• HR tasks, open roles, or onboarding documents → HR representative who clarifies requirements and policies.
• Project brief, scope, or requirements → project planner that builds tasks, milestones, owners, and a Kanban board.

Do I need technical skills or integrations?

No custom development is required.

Run experiences directly inside Awsy-AI. Only the 3D avatar and text chat offer optional website embedding with a snippet.

We manage hosting, multi-language, and token tracking automatically.

Can I embed Awsy-AI into my website?

Yes for the customer-facing experiences. Add your allowed domain, copy the signed snippet, and paste it before </body>.

Visitors can launch a 3D avatar or quiet text chat that answers from your uploaded file. Project Manager and Meeting Notes stay inside Awsy-AI.

Sessions are tenant-isolated and usage is billed to your token balance automatically.

What languages does Awsy-AI support?

Awsy-AI supports 80+ languages for understanding and responding.

Examples:

• Upload a file in Arabic → Awsy-AI can answer clients in English, Turkish, French, etc.
• Upload a file in English → Awsy-AI can answer clients in Arabic, German, Spanish, and more.
• The AI automatically adapts to the visitor’s language without multiple documents.

What are the main use cases?

How does the free 1-day signup trial work?

New workspaces receive a one-time free trial: 25K tokens valid for 1 day. The free allotment disappears after 24 hours or sooner if the workspace becomes inactive.

If you need more time, you can also buy the optional low-cost 3-day Try Package. During either window, you can:

How is my data protected?

Your uploaded file stays in your private tenant. Awsy-AI uses it only to serve your assistant and does not share it with other users.

You can update or delete your content anytime from your console.
