Multi-experience assistant

Awsy-AI – User Guide

Awsy-AI gives you three main AI experiences:

Each experience uses your uploaded file (company profile, price list, policies, etc.) to understand:

Experiences included

  • 3D Voice Experience (Avatar) – live spoken conversations.
  • Texting Experience – quiet chat with the same brain, but via text.
  • Note AI – turn recordings and text into clean notes, summaries, and action lists.

What a single upload teaches Awsy-AI

  • Your field of work
  • The domain of conversation
  • The role it should play (receptionist, salesperson, trainer, guide, etc.)
1. 3D Voice Experience (Avatar)

1. 3D Voice Experience (Avatar)

What it does

The 3D avatar speaks and listens in real time, powered by the content of one uploaded file.

According to that file, it behaves like:

  • Company profile → a company representative who knows your field, services, and values.
  • Price list / products & services → a sales agent who can explain products, features, and prices.
  • Policies / internal instructions → a guide or trainer who explains rules and procedures.
  • General services & products overview → a receptionist or sales rep who answers incoming questions and directs people correctly.

The avatar does not use or need your camera. It only uses:

  • Microphone (for listening)
  • Screen (to show the 3D avatar and subtitles, if enabled)

Where you can use it (examples)

  • Showroom: Visitors ask about products, features, colors, and prices. The avatar answers like a trained salesperson.
  • Reception (office or hotel): Guests ask about services, departments, working hours, meeting rooms, etc.
  • Meeting room / demo room: The avatar explains your company profile, services, and case studies to visitors or partners.
  • Clinic or medical center reception: Patients ask about services, working hours, appointment types, or general non-medical information.
  • Training center or academy: Trainees ask about courses, schedules, requirements, and policies. The avatar answers according to your training catalog and rules.

Initial setup

Upload your logo

This logo identifies your brand in the experience.

⚠️ Important: Once uploaded, the logo cannot be changed from the dashboard. Choose carefully.

  • Upload your intro video (optional but recommended): Short welcome/intro video about your company, product, or service. You can change this video any time.
  • Upload your instruction file: This is the brain of the avatar. It can be a company profile, product/services list and prices, policies & procedures, or training material. You can replace this file whenever you want.
  • Every time you upload a new file, the AI updates its knowledge and role automatically based on that file.
  • After you finish the setup once, you just use the controls to start/stop sessions.

Starting and controlling a voice session

From the dashboard:

Start

Begins listening. The avatar is ready for anyone to speak and ask questions. The AI auto-detects the speaker’s language and replies in the same language (supports 50+ languages, including Arabic, English, French, German, Spanish, Turkish, and more).

Stop Listening

Temporarily stops listening to new questions. Useful if you want a pause between visitors or while you change something around.

Resume

Continues listening again after you pressed Stop.

End

Fully ends the session and stops listening. The current conversation is closed and ready for summarization.

Summarizing and downloading the conversation

After ending a session:

Press Summarize & Download.

Choose the output language for the summary.

The system creates a summarized report of the conversation(s) and lets you download it as a file.

The summary may include:

  • Key questions asked by visitors
  • Main answers given by the AI
  • Important topics or requests
  • Contact information (if collected and provided)

Contact information & consent

During the conversation, the AI can politely ask the visitor for:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone number
  • Any other contact details you configure

If the visitor shares these, they are added to the summarized file together with the conversation summary. To respect privacy:

  • The AI asks for spoken consent, clearly stating that the information will be collected.
  • The interface also includes a consent check (for example, a checkbox or explicit confirmation) to make sure the visitor agrees.
2. Texting Experience (Quiet Text Desk)

2. Texting Experience (Quiet Text Desk)

What it does

The Texting Experience works like the Voice Experience, but without voice.

No microphone, no sound, no avatar speech.

The user types questions, and the AI replies with text.

It uses the same type of instruction file and behaves like:

  • Online receptionist
  • Sales chat
  • Policy / FAQ assistant
  • Support information bot powered by your content
  • All logic about role and behavior is the same as the voice avatar—only the communication is via text.

Setup

  • Upload your logo. Same rule: ⚠️ cannot be changed after upload.
  • Upload optional intro video (if used in the interface). Can be changed any time.
  • Upload your instruction file. Can always be replaced; every new file changes the AI’s knowledge and behavior.

Using the texting experience

From the dashboard:

Start

Opens the texting session. Users can start typing questions in their own language. The AI will reply in the same language they use.

Stop Listening

Pauses accepting new questions (you can use this when you want to close temporarily).

Resume

Allows users to ask more questions in the same session.

End

Ends the session and closes the conversation.

Summarizing and downloading

Just like the voice experience:

After End, press Summarize & Download.

Choose an output language.

The AI generates a conversation summary for export.

Contact information & consent

Same behavior as voice:

  • The AI can ask the user (via text) for contact details.
  • Contact info, if given, is included in the summary file.
  • The system asks for clear consent before collecting and storing this information.
3. Note AI – Smart Note-Taking from Voice & Text

3. Note AI – Smart Note-Taking from Voice & Text

Note AI overview

Note AI is a personal and team assistant for notes.

It does not require any logo, video, or instruction file.

As soon as your account is active and you have tokens you can start using Note AI immediately.

What Note AI can do

You can feed it:

  • Voice recordings
  • Written text
  • Both together

And it can turn them into:

  • Clean transcripts
  • Lists of tasks
  • Recommendations
  • Meeting summaries
  • Structured notes in different languages

Typical usage examples

  • Meetings & calls: Record a meeting, then create “Summary of the meeting”, “List of action items and responsible persons”, “Main decisions and deadlines”.
  • Personal notes / memories: Talk about your day, ideas, or plans. Turn them into a daily journal, project ideas list, future tasks.
  • Training & learning: Record explanations or lessons. Get a short summary in simple language, key points list, questions and answers from the session.
  • Client briefings: Record client requirements and discussions. Generate requirements summary, task list for your team, risks and recommendations.

How to use Note AI – Step by step

Press “Take Note”

Start speaking in your own language. You can speak naturally, like you’re talking to a person.

Press “Next”

Awsy-AI converts your speech into text transcript. This becomes one recording block.

Add more content (optional)

You can record more audio segments (repeat Take Note → Next). You can also add written text: type into the text area and press Add to attach it to the current note set. You can mix voice and text as much as you want.

Press “Make Note” when you’re ready

A dialog appears with output options so you can finalize the note in the exact format you need.

Step A – Choose output language

Select the language you want for the final note. Note AI will translate automatically if needed.

Examples: Record in Arabic → export in English. Record in Turkish → export in German. Or keep the same language you used.

Step B – Choose output type

  • Exactly as is: Cleaned transcript of what you said and wrote, with minimal editing.
  • List of tasks: Extracts action items, to-dos, and responsibilities. Useful after meetings, planning, or brainstorming.
  • Recommendations: AI analyzes your content and generates suggested actions, ideas, or next steps.
  • Summary of meeting / discussion: Condenses long recordings into a clear summary — agenda, main points, decisions, next steps.

You can reuse Note AI for

  • Meeting minutes
  • Daily logs
  • Project updates
  • Brain dumps
  • Client interviews
  • Training notes
